Tax Credit for existing homeowners

The current tax credit rules have graciously included current homeowners.  This inclusion applies to persons who already own a home and have lived in the home as their primary residence for 5 consecutive years.  They may enjoy a tax credit of up to $6,500.  Now is the time to buy!

AgentOwned has an accredited trainer on staff to teach post licencing, core and ethics training at no cost to you.  They offer an array of Internet training including Outlook, PowerPoint and G-Mail.  Classes are offered upon request and participation. They recently had the privilege of offering a Social Networking seminar (thanks to our sister company Residential Mortgage of South Carolina) conducted by the delightful Rebecca Levinson, Real Estate Marketing Consultant.  Perhaps you have read her blog?  If not you are missing out on some of the best informational blog ever posted.  Thanks Rebecca for sharing, we all learned (and are still learning) a plethora of social networking techniques.

101 Reasons Why You (yes, you) Should be an AgentOwned Agent

Reason Number 1:  As the name proclaims you are an owner of the company.
 
Although it sounds like a revolutionary idea it was actually founded in 1992 by Liz and Boyd Loadholt in Charleston South Carolina.  Since its inception AgentOwned has looked at the real estate model differently.  The core philosophy is to build a self sustaining structure to allow agents to keep more of their hard earned money.  They have done so by acquiring business partners (sister companies) to help cover overhead costs hence leaving more commission in the agents pockets.  How do they do this?  Ask anyone at AgentOwned....we are happy to share our success story.
